Kade is on the App Store
Kade, my app for keeping in touch with the people you care about, is out now for iPhone. €2.99, once.
On 3 October, just after midnight, I sent Kade to Apple for review. Now it’s on the App Store, for iPhone.
What Kade does
There are people you’d like to talk to more often than you do. In Kade you add them and choose how often for each person: every week, every month or every season. Once a day, at the time you choose, Kade tells you who’s waiting for you. Kade is a curious fox.
Caught up with someone? Swipe their card, or tap ‘We talked’ in the nudge. The clock then starts again, from the day you actually talked. So if you’re a week late, you don’t owe anyone a call tomorrow.
You can also jot down what each conversation was about, get a nudge on birthdays, and call, text or WhatsApp straight from the app. How all of that works is in How Kade works.
Pay once
Kade costs €2.99, once. There’s no subscription, there are no ads and there’s no limit on the number of people. There’s no account or server either: what you enter stays on your own iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you like. So the privacy label on the App Store says Kade collects no data.
Kade is available in every country with an App Store. In English it’s called ‘Kade: Keep in Touch’, because the name Kade was already taken there.
What’s next
Give it a try, and let me know if something’s off or could be better: robin@arcalis.nl. If you like it, a rating on the App Store helps a lot. Meanwhile, I’m working on the next version.
